We love books and reading at The Sage Mustang. In our Books and Beyond club, we will have an amazing time delving into an interesting and very readable book. Survival Skills

Painted Warriors
Land based traditional skills are what is now commonly referred to as survival skills.

All of us at one point in our life had ancestors who engaged in this remarkable and rewarding lifestyle. Painted Warriors land based traditional skills program will focus on what they know to be the most important and life saving skills such as learning the basics of fire lighting and hands on education in shelter building.
This is a full day of fun outdoor activities and rich instructional demonstrations!

Our training philosophy is rooted in our passion for the outdoors along with decades of experience as competitors, wilderness guides and outdoor instructors. We believe preserving and sharing our Indigenous land-based knowledge that has been shared through generations of our family and runs deep in the ways we relate to nature and wildlife, is one of the keys to our success as outdoor adventure educators.
