Rock Climbing
The Hanger
Work with an experienced bouldering Instructor to learn the fundamentals of bouldering movement and give you the keys to progressing. Participant will climb daily and learn new skills through out the 4 weeks in a very fun and challenging setting. Students will end the 4 weeks with a climb park session.
All of the Calgary Climbing Center instructors are climbers, who love to teach and share their passion for this sport with kids. If we’ve done our job, you might just catch the climbing bug yourself! Dress: Please have your child dress in athletic clothing with the ability to climb comfortably and clean non-marking running shoes A waiver must be completed for each participant or anyone who will be going into the climbing areas (teachers/volunteers). If participants are under 18, they must be completely filled out by a parent or legal guardian. If participants are over 18, they must have government issued photo ID. Martial Arts - Jujutsu

Come join Yamaji Rocky View in their introductory self-defense class, based on Japanese Jujutsu techniques.
Interested in learning proper martial arts striking drills, front kicks and a powerful jab cross combo? This class is for you! Each class will consist of a warm up and proper falling and rolling techniques. We will build up our moves as we progress and go through our yellow belt program. DetailsAge recommendation: 7+ years of age are welcome to join the class Preferred Attire: Athletic attire, shoulders covered. Be conscious that flips and rolls will be performed so attire too loose will be awkward. What to bring to class: Please bring a water bottle and a positive attitude strongly recommended.
