Join ACA and Ironman Blacksmithing for a fascinating introduction to Blacksmithing!
This 1/2 day workshop is open to students ages 12 and up. DetailsAll participants must be accompanied by an adult, either as a participant or an observer. In this workshop we will start out by teaching how to properly stand at an anvil, how to use basic blacksmithing tools and safety in a blacksmithing shop. We will then teach the skills of drawing out , bending, twisting and polishing as participants make a metal coat hook to take home. Ages 12+

We will spend the day exploring the beautiful foothills through this activity-based program full of hands-on activities and a hike on the Ann & Sandy Cross Conservation Area.

BaseballCoyote Youth Baseball
Join the Coyote Youth Baseball crew this spring in building your Baseball skills! This program will take place at their 10,000 sq ft indoor turf facility with small player groups. Each program day will build on skills from the last, encouraging your young player to succeed in and enjoy the game. Focusing on a variety of fundamental skills such as throwing, hitting, fielding and pitching each week your player will go home with sharpened and newly learnt abilities.
DetailsAll players that join our camp will be learning all aspects of baseball. They will learn a dynamic stretching and warm up routine. We will be focusing on the fundamentals of baseball such as throwing, fielding, catching, hitting and base running. We want all players to learn and have fun playing this great game. The recommended ages for this program is 8+ . The Coyote staff is excited to work with players of all abilities and the program will be adapted for your students skill levels. Ages 8+

World of FishBow Habitat
We will be lead by knowledgeable staff for activities focused on fish life cycle, needs and adaptations divided into three sections, including the signature guided Fish Feeding Experience. You will have access to the Discovery Centre and Aquarium for this visit.

Camp Games and Outdoor FunCamp Little Red
We will enjoy a full day of camp games and outdoor fun. Registered students will have the opportunity to participate in horseback riding, learning horsemanship as well as a fun gathering for chapel. A light lunch will be provided and shared together midway through the day.

Leighton Art CentreLeighton Art Centre’s Art & Nature program will be a full day guided by a artist-instructor. Your child will have the opportunity to participate in a nature walk, educational presentation, sketch book work, museum tour and complete a wire art sculpture in the art studio.
DetailsParents are encouraged to stay for the day and siblings are welcome too. There is a wonderful walking area on site for you to enjoy and many spots for picnics. Space may be limited in the studio for all parents to join in at once. Grades 1+
